O-ZONE's Race to a Waist Bootcamp!

Welcome to Ozone’s Race to a Waist Boot Camp! Its your turn to change your life by GETTING FIT and LOSING WEIGHT, so get off the couch and act now because our Boot Camp’s fill up fast!

Boot Camp’s consist of at least four workouts per week for six weeks total, with weigh in’s and measurement tests every two weeks. The important thing is that all you have to do is show up and be ready to workout hard – our knowledgeable professional training staff will guide you through the rest.

With a little hard work and dedication, some past boot campers have lost on average 8-12 pounds and 3-6 inches off their waist and hips over a six-week period.

Choose from any of our 30-minute classes Monday through Friday from 5:30 am to 7:00pm. Boot campers attend classes four days a week for six weeks.
